Membership Applications - There are two types of membership applications for the Marine Corps League. Regular membership is restricted to those who have served a minimum of 90 days in the Marine Corps and/or possess an Honorable Discharge. U.S. Navy Corpsman who served in the Fleet Marine Force are also eligible for regular membership.

Associate membership is available for non-Marine Corps veterans. Associate members are not eligible to hold elective offices or vote on Marine Corps League policy. Associate members can be active in all other endeavors of the detachment to include holding committee chairmanships.

Note to applicants: Unless you are currently on active duty, please provide a copy of your DD-214 with the application form.
